Cafe Mambo is more than just a top-rated restaurant in Paia town - it's a North Shore unforgettable experience. Located at 30 Baldwin Avenue, the large windows give an open-air feel in a friendly atmosphere.
Although reservations aren't required, availability is limited and food delicious, so it is recommended to arrive early for dinner. Cafe Mambo's known for its Crispy Duck, but every item on the menu's wonderfully prepared and delicious.
The menu is proudly posted on the board with very few changes since the restaurant's opening in 2003.
The atmosphere is casual and seating very comfortable. Locals display their art for sale throughout the cafe.
Cafe Mambo has a full range of draft and bottled beers and select (limited) wines. The prices are reasonable with an assortment of wonderfully prepared entres.
Their farm to table approach guarantees fresh locally produced vegetables and meat dishes accented with a spicy chipotle flair.
When staying in Paia town, it is not uncommon to start the day with an omelet and coffee at Cafe Mambo -- ending your late evening with a tall glass of long board draft beer and one of their signature dishes.
